End-User License Agreement
Effective October 1, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and MySourceBot (“we”, “us”) and covers your use of the MySourceBot software, including the web app, the installable phone app, and the AI employee called Otto (together, the “Software”). By signing in or using the Software you accept this EULA. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may bind that company. This EULA works together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own business purchasing and quoting. The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our suppliers keep all rights not expressly granted here.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software, except as the law allows despite this limit.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, except as the law allows despite this limit.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or provide the Software to others as a service without our written permission.
- Remove ownership notices, or use the Software to build a competing product.
- Use the Software unlawfully, to send deceptive or unsolicited messages, or to access another organization’s data.
3. Your data and connected accounts
You keep ownership of your business data, including customer, supplier, price, quote and order records. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Software, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect the email accounts and accounting accounts you link.
4. QuickBooks Online and other connected services
If you connect QuickBooks Online, the Software uses your authorization to create and read estimates and customers in your QuickBooks company. It does not access bank accounts or payment details. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, or from your Intuit account, and the Software will stop accessing your QuickBooks data. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit’s own terms. The same applies to Gmail, Outlook and any other service you connect.
5. AI output must be reviewed
The Software uses AI to read emails and documents, draft quotes and prepare messages. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every price, quantity, estimate, order acknowledgement and message before you approve, send or rely on it. The Software is built so that nothing is sent to a customer or supplier, and no order is committed, without a person’s approval.
6. Ownership
The Software, including its design, code, text, graphics and the Otto name, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Software without owing you anything.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or remove features at any time. We do not promise the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Ending this license
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you break this EULA or put the Software or other users at risk. When the license ends, you must stop using the Software. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. No warranty and limited liability
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
Governing law and where disputes are heard are set out in the Terms & Conditions. We may update this EULA and will change the effective date above; continued use means you accept the update. Questions: use our contact form or email hello@mysourcebot.com.
