Terms & Conditions

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms govern use of MySourceBot (the “Service”), operated by Greg Thompson, doing business as Thompson Enterprises / Bolt Brokers (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

1. Who may use the Service

Access is by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at gregthompsonmv@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. What the Service does

The Service reads business email you connect, extracts quote and order details with AI, drafts estimates, applies your pricing rules, and prepares emails and records for your approval. Features may change as the Service develops.

3. AI output must be reviewed

AI-generated extractions, prices, summaries and suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate, price, quantity, order acknowledgement and message before you approve, send or rely on it. The Service is designed so that nothing is sent to customers or suppliers, and no order is committed, without a person’s approval.

4. Your data and connected accounts

You keep ownership of your business data. You give us permission to store and process it, and to use the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to connect the email accounts and upload the documents you use with the Service.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent or misleading use, including sending spam or deceptive quotes.
  • No attempts to break security, access other organizations’ data, or overload the Service.
  • No reverse engineering or reselling the Service without written permission.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service at risk.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Google (Gmail), Supabase, Vercel and Anthropic. Their outages or changes may affect the Service, and their own terms apply to your use of their products.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the Service, including reliance on AI output that was not reviewed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend access with notice, or immediately for misuse.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: gregthompsonmv@gmail.com, or Greg Thompson, doing business as Thompson Enterprises / Bolt Brokers, 3525 Shannon St, Corona, CA 92881.
